| DATAGUARD supports employees who believe that serving as a juror is part of their civic duty. To this end, eligible employees receive salary continuance up to three days for jury duty service. |

| Referral Bonus |

| Cash bonus to our employees who refer candidates who are subsequently hired for full-time, regular, positions within DATAGUARD. The payout of the employee referral bonus is determined by client, level and other criteria. The bonus can be up to $1,500.00 per referral that results in a hire. As part of our Consultant Incentive Program, there are three tiers: Silver, Gold & Platinum. |
